  1. Sales Terms and Conditions

    1. Validity of the Terms

    1. These sales terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Woodlen.ee online store between the buyer (hereinafter Consumer) and the company G&K Holdings OÜ (registry code: 14944762, hereinafter Seller).

    2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from purchasing products from Woodlen.ee online store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CPA), and other legal acts valid in the Republic of Estonia.

    3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the sales terms and conditions. Changes will be reflected on the website at Woodlen.ee/muugitingimused-ja-garantii

    4. The Seller retains this document.

    1. Pricing Information

    1. Product prices do not include VAT, as G&K Holdings OÜ is not a VAT-registered company.

    2. When choosing delivery via Itella Smartpost, Omniva parcel machine, or DPD pickup point, shipping costs are based on the selected provider’s current price list. In other cases, an additional transport fee applies.

    3. Prices remain valid from the time of placing the order until the expiry of the payment due date (3 days after placing the order).

    4. If the order was placed before changes to the terms or prices, the conditions valid at the time of placing the order apply.

    5. G&K Holdings OÜ reserves the right to change sales prices at any time without prior notice.

    1. Placing an Order

    1. The languages available in the Woodlen.ee online store are Estonian, Russian, and English.

    2. Add desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

    3. In the shopping cart, you may add notes regarding the order, such as personalized text or other important information.

    4. Choose an appropriate delivery method on the right side in the shopping cart.

    5. Verify the contents of the cart and click "Checkout" if everything is correct.

    6. At checkout, fill in all required fields carefully and click "Pay now". Ensure accuracy and correctness as this affects the timely and smooth delivery of your ordered products.

    7. Payment options will be displayed next. Select the suitable payment method and complete the payment.

    8. A brief summary and order confirmation will be displayed and also sent to the email address you provided.

    9. Orders placed in the online store are processed on business days (Mon-Fri from 13:00 to 19:00). Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will be processed by the following Monday at the latest.

    1. Entry into Force of the Sales Agreement

    1. By the sales agreement, G&K Holdings OÜ undertakes to hand over existing, manufactured, or future-acquired goods to the Consumer and enable the transfer of ownership. The Consumer undertakes to pay G&K Holdings OÜ the amount indicated on the invoice and receive the goods.

    2. Orders for which payment has not been received by G&K Holdings OÜ’s bank account within the next business day after placing the order will be canceled. Product reservation is possible upon agreement.

    3. The sales agreement enters into force upon receipt of payment by G&K Holdings OÜ’s bank account.

    1. Delivery

    1. After the sales agreement enters into force, the Seller prepares the order and hands it over to the logistic partners for delivery.

    2. Delivery times shown on the online store's website are valid from the moment the order amount is received on G&K Holdings OÜ’s bank account.

    3. For timely delivery, carefully provide correct and valid shipping details when placing the order.

    4. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods were timely handed over to logistic partners, but the delay occurred due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control or foresight.

    5. We deliver goods within Estonia. For shipping outside Estonia, please contact customer service by phone or email.

    1. Right of Withdrawal

    1. After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days without providing a reason. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to underwear, tights, and stockings for hygiene reasons (LOA § 53 section 4).

    2. The returned goods must be unused. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. To avoid liability and use withdrawal rights, open product packaging carefully without damaging it. The returned product must be complete, with labels and stickers intact.

    3. To withdraw, send a notice referencing the order within 14 days of receiving the goods via email (info@woodlen.ee) or the website at https://woodlen.ee/pages/contact, using the standard withdrawal form attached to this document or in free form.

    4. The Consumer must return the product via a logistics provider to the parcel machine specified in the annex or by another written agreement with the Seller.

    5. The Consumer must return the item within 14 days after withdrawal notification or provide proof that the item was handed over to the logistics provider within this period.The goods are not considered returned if the Consumer selects a destination address, logistics provider location, or postal office not previously agreed upon or specified in the annex. It is recommended to use addresses specified in the agreement for smooth returns. If another method is chosen, the Consumer must ensure the goods reach the Seller within the withdrawal period.

    1. The Consumer does not need to return goods through a logistics provider if the Seller agrees to collect the goods themselves.

    2. The Consumer bears ordinary return costs (generally postage), except if the delivered item is defective or does not match the order. Wood is a natural material subject to natural changes such as cracking, swelling, shrinking, or color changes due to temperature and humidity. These are not considered defects and are not covered by warranty.

    3. If the Consumer explicitly chooses a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest option offered, the Seller is not required to refund the additional costs.

    4. G&K Holdings OÜ will refund all payments received from the Consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification. The Seller may delay refunds until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

    5. The withdrawal right does not apply to personalized (initials) or custom-made goods. Also, the withdrawal right does not apply to products damaged by the Consumer.

    1. Force Majeure

    G&K Holdings OÜ is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or foreseeability.

    1. Personal Data Processing

    1. By providing information in the online store, the Consumer consents to the collection and processing of personal data (name, phone number, delivery/home address, email address) and sharing with logistic partners for delivery purposes. Data for direct marketing (e.g., newsletters) requires separate consent.

    2. The Seller may use the Consumer’s address to send advertisements and other information.

    3. The Consumer may at any time prohibit the collection and use of personal data, except when necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or deliver goods.

    4. Electronic personal data for direct mailing will only be used with explicit consent given via Woodlen.ee.

    5. Encrypted bank data used for payment ensures the security of personal banking credentials, which the Seller does not have access to.

    1. Complaint Procedure

    1. G&K Holdings OÜ is liable for defects or non-conformity of goods sold for two years from the delivery date.

    2. The Consumer must notify G&K Holdings OÜ of any defects within two months of discovering them.

    3. If a defect is found, please stop using the product.

    4. The Seller and Consumer will mutually agree on repairs or replacement. The Seller bears the replacement or return costs.

    5. The Seller is not responsible for defects resulting from improper storage or misuse by the Consumer.

    6. In case of defects or complaints, email info@woodlen.ee, including your name, contact number, order number, detailed defect description, and your claim.

    7. Complaints about defects or non-conformity must be submitted within two months of discovering the issue.

    8. All complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 days.

    9. The Consumer can request a price reduction or contract termination and refund if repairs or replacement are not possible, fail, or are unreasonably delayed by the Seller.

    1. Right to Appeal to Consumer Disputes Committee

    If the Seller refuses to resolve a complaint, or the Consumer disagrees with the solution, believing their rights are violated, they may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board or a court. Appeals to the committee are free. Complaints can be submitted by the Consumer or their representative via www.komisjon.ee. For EU issues, contact the EU Consumer Advisory Centre (www.consumer.ee) or use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) for cross-border disputes.

    NB! Please do not select a post office as a destination.

    Warranty

    Products have a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, materials, and attachments under normal use. Natural material changes and external factors causing damage (e.g., scratches, chemical exposure, humidity, wood movement) are not covered.
